I’m a strategic leader with over 20 years of experience in sales, operations, marketing, and project management. Throughout my career, I’ve led large teams, managed multi-million dollar budgets, and built scalable processes that drive growth.
Since joining Logical Position in 2010, I’ve played a key role in the company’s evolution. I started in business development and sales leadership before transitioning into executive operations, helping scale the organization through rapid expansion. Along the way, I’ve had the opportunity to oversee nearly every facet of operations—from finance and technology to HR and business administration—giving me a deep understanding of how to align people, processes, and strategy for long-term success.
Today, as SVP of Administration, I lead the Project Management Office, Facilities, Construction, Office Administration, and Tech Services (IT), while also serving as an advisor to the CEO. My role revolves around driving executive initiatives, managing business operations cadence, and ensuring leadership priorities translate into measurable impact. Above all, I focus on operational efficiency, cross-functional collaboration, and long-term scalability.
I earned my degrees in Economics and Marketing from the University of Oregon.

SVP ADMINISTRATION & HEAD OF PMO (Current Role)
Oversee nationwide facilities management, leasing, TI, FF&E, technology, security, purchasing, administration, and inventory • Oversees the Project Management Office and assigns prioritization for all projects companywide • Works and consults directly with COO and other C-suite members, to ensure vision and logistics is communicated effectively throughout organization.
VP OPERATIONS
Work with executive team and department heads to ensure company’s operational priorities are aligned with total company direction • Strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity and efficiency throughout the company’s operations • Investigate and introduce process improvement measures in order to sustain Logical Position’s growth trajectory • Provides leadership and direction to the departments of Human Resources, IT, Education, Recruiting, Culture, Accounting, Facilities, Business Operations, and Software Development.
VP MARKETING
Manage the teams responsible for creating and executing all marketing strategies • Develop unique value propositions, business partnerships, category management, as well as call to action oriented advertising targeted toward key customer segments that increases brand awareness • Lead and manage Direct Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, Online Marketing, Event Marketing and Internal Creative Services • Research and analyze economic trends, buying habits and the demographic characteristics of consumers, their tastes and preferences for company products and those of the competitors • Work closely with Product Development, Sales and other Senior Executives to create demand and recognition for the company and its products
