I’m a strategic operator with 15+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams across operations, systems, facilities, HR, and project execution. As SVP of Administration, I oversee Logical Position’s PMO and partner closely with the CEO to turn high-level ideas into enterprise-wide execution.


My focus is clear communication, scalable systems, and organizational alignment that enables growth. I work across technology, infrastructure, finance, and people operations to ensure strategic initiatives are delivered, not just discussed.

Oversee nationwide administrative operations and strategic execution, reporting directly to the CEO. Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) and ensure prioritization and delivery of cross-functional initiatives across all departments.

  • Manage nationwide facilities, leasing, TI, FF&E, security, purchasing, and IT systems
  • Direct the PMO, ensuring all projects align with company objectives and executive priorities
  • Partner with the CEO and ELT to translate strategic vision into operational action
  • Drive executive communication, internal planning, and leadership alignment company-wide


Vice President of Operations

Led cross-departmental operations during a period of rapid growth. Aligned business functions to enable scale while maintaining cultural continuity and process integrity.

  • Oversaw Human Resources, IT, Recruiting, Education, Culture, Finance, and Software Development
